Martin Cherry’s Will. — The registrar has granted probate to the will of the late Mr Martin Cherry, the unfortunate man who was shot in Jones’s Hotel, Glenrowan, by the police on the 28th June, during the encounter with the Kelly band of bushrangers. The value of the deceased’s estate was £101.
