He is well built, and appears a very active and powerful man. He has a thorough command of the gang, and allows nothing to be done without his sanction. What Ned kelly left handed.????

Hi George,
This is a popular myth, and I’m not sure where it started because I have come across nothing in any primary sources to say that he was left-handed (or “sinister” as lefties were called once upon a time).
What I can say is that being a leftie would have been tough for Ned in his line of work in those days, as firearms were designed for right-handed use and people were forced to write with their right hand.
Because we can’t prove (or completely disprove) the truth of this matter we class it as a myth, but maybe someday we will see something that proves once and for all whether or not he was left-handed.
